Greencastle City Police reported two arrests over the weekend related to trespassing and public intoxication incidents, according to local law enforcement records.
On Friday at 3 p.m., Katy Elizabeth Litchford, a 42-year-old listed as homeless, was arrested by Officer Alec Pettit after damaging a gazebo on the property of Canterbury Apartments. She is now lodged in the Putnam County Jail facing charges of criminal trespassing and vandalism.
Earlier that week, Jacob Eugene Moore, also homeless at age 25, was taken into custody for public intoxication outside Moore's Bar on Thursday evening around 4:14 p.m., according to Officer Justin Herd. He is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail pending further legal proceedings.
