A man has been arrested in connection with an international drug trafficking organization, allegedly dominating the illicit drug business in Woodbridge, Virginia. Reza Romeo Keyhan, also known as "Rob" and "Rob Hood," was taken into custody on Monday.
According to court documents, investigators say Keyhan shipped kilograms of cocaine, fentanyl, and other illegal drugs through Loudoun County to sell in the wider Northern Virginia area, including Prince William County. The FBI affidavit claims that a shipment containing 12 kilograms of cocaine and over 30,000 fentanyl pills was received at a Forward Air Freight warehouse in Sterling in October 2024.
Keyhan is accused of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and fentanyl. Prosecutors also allege that he laundered money through an undercover officer in 2023, depositing $90,000 into the officer's account. Additionally, investigators say Keyhan sold cocaine and fentanyl to an undercover officer in 2024.
Background information on Keyhan is limited, but a man with the same name and birthdate was arrested in Fairfax County for driving without a license in 2017. It appears that Keyhan had no registered source of income, yet over $650,000 flowed through a bank account he operated through a shell company between August 2023 and September 2025.
The investigation is ongoing, with the FBI working to dismantle an international drug trafficking organization.
