GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. — A man was hospitalized early Tuesday morning after being stabbed during an altercation with a family member, according to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded just before 6 a.m. on June 23, 2026, to reports of a stabbing at the 100 block of Butler Road in Greenville County.
