Medford, OR - June 29, 2026 - A series of arrests were made over the weekend in Jackson County, with charges ranging from theft and disorderly conduct to domestic abuse.

According to the Jackson County Jail log, Brent Joseph Otto, 49, was arrested on Friday for third-degree sexual abuse and harassment. He is being held without bail.

Additionally, several individuals were taken into custody on various charges including:

  • Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 39, who was arrested in Jacksonville on Thursday for second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, and a parole violation.
  • Christian James Phillips, 19, who was arrested by Jackson County sheriff's deputies on Saturday for first-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance.

  • Ian Thomas Delong (27) - failure to appear
  • Patrick James Romano (46) - failure to appear
  • Jose Ivan Arellano-Padilla (21) - failure to appear
  • Shawn Byron McLoughlin (35) - multiple charges including felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful manufacture of a Schedule II controlled substance.
