In recent days, the Riley County Police Department has made several arrests in connection to various crimes in Manhattan, Kansas.

According to reports, Edward Javante Wright, 30, of Junction City, was arrested on June 28 for a probation violation stemming from original charges of three counts of aggravated assault. He remains confined in the Riley County Jail with no bond.

Another individual, Kevin Michael Harbaugh, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 26 on two warrants for failure to appear related to various charges including aggravated residential burglary and domestic battery. Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $112,000 and is also being held in the Riley County Jail.

Additionally, officers filed reports regarding theft of property and services, as well as aggravated criminal sodomy and sexual battery. However, due to the nature of these crimes, no further information will be released at this time.
