A 20-year-old employee at a central Pennsylvania nail salon has been charged after allegedly inappropriately touching a four-year-old boy inside the business. Duc Nguyen, who works at Happy Nails on Wilson Avenue in Penn Township, York County, is accused of grabbing and pinching the child's groin area.
According to police charging documents, there were other patrons present during the incident last week. The mother of the victim questioned Nguyen, who responded with a blank stare before apologizing. She then left the salon with her son.
Nguyen has been charged with felony unlawful contact, as well as four misdemeanor charges: indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old, simple assault, indecent assault without consent, and disorderly conduct. He also faces a summary charge of harassment.
The incident occurred on June 29, 2026, and Nguyen is currently being held at York County Prison with his bail denied. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 13.
