TROY, NY (WRGB) — A Rensselaer County grand jury has indicted three individuals on charges of murder and gang assault related to a fatal stabbing incident that occurred early morning hours on June 13th. The indictment includes Noah Anderson, 20, from Vermont; Rhannad Burch, 35, from Troy; and Savion Camano, 19, from New Jersey.

According to Rensselaer County District Attorney Mary Pat Donnelly, the altercation took place in the area of Fifth Avenue and Fulton Street. Prosecutors allege that Anderson, Burch, and Camano punched, kicked, and stabbed their victim multiple times, resulting in his death. The three suspects were arrested shortly after the incident.

Anderson faces charges of second-degree murder and first-degree gang assault, while both Burch and Camano are charged with first-degree gang assault. All three defendants have been remanded to Rensselaer County Jail and will be arraigned on Friday, June 26th.

The indictment comes as part of an ongoing investigation by the Troy Police Department into a series of violent incidents in recent weeks that have raised concerns within the community about public safety.
