A threatening incident was reported at a residence on Vermont Route 14 on May 27. According to the Vermont State Police, Damian Baker, 20, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire, sent text messages that threatened to inflict injury on a juvenile.
Baker was issued a citation and charged with disorderly conduct by electronic means on June 26. He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Orange Criminal Division on August 5 at 8:30 a.m.
The incident was reported to police at approximately 10:44 a.m. on May 27, and an investigation led to the discovery of Baker's threatening text messages.
