POLSON, Mont. — An archived Lake County jail roster lists Brent Michael Hall following a July 18 booking. The roster identifies Hall as 43, gives jacket number 26-015151 and lists the arresting agency as RPD.
The roster lists one charge: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, under Montana Code Annotated § 61-8-1002(1)(a).
The Montana Legislature’s published code says the cited subsection covers driving or being in actual physical control of a vehicle on public ways while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a combination. The jail roster records an arrest and charge, not a conviction.
