Cass County's jail register lists Zachary Jared Tilbury, 22, as booked into the Cass County Jail at 8:33 p.m. on July 26, 2026. The roster describes each of the five listed entries as an adult arrest. A booking record reports allegations; it is not a finding of guilt.

The roster prints a third-degree driving while impaired allegation under Minnesota Statute 169A.26.1. It also lists reckless driving under section 169.13.1(a), speeding under section 169.14.2(a), wireless-device use under section 169.475.2(a)(2)(ii), and a windshield allegation under section 169.71.1(a)(1). A July 27 report from TRF News separately described the same five allegations and the same booking time.

Minnesota's official Revisor of Statutes titles section 169A.26 “Third-Degree Driving While Impaired.” Subdivision 1 provides two statutory paths: an impaired-driving violation involving one aggravating factor, or refusal to submit to a chemical test. The jail register does not identify which path is alleged here, so this report does not infer an aggravating factor or a test refusal.

The records reviewed do not report a court disposition. Tilbury is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
