Kentucky defines indecent exposure in the second degree at KRS 510.150. The statute reaches conduct in which a person intentionally exposes his genitals under circumstances in which he knows or should know that the conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm to a person eighteen years of age or older, and it makes the offense a Class B misdemeanor — the least serious grade of misdemeanor in Kentucky.

KRS 189A.010 makes it an offense to operate a motor vehicle with an alcohol concentration of .08 or more.
