Nicholas Badagliacca #52 10/15/26 CC# ST26050051 Details: On Wednesday October 14 th , 2026 at about 8:26 PM Southampton Town police officers responded to the area of CR.104 near CR.105 in Flanders for a report of a two-car motor vehicle crash where one vehicle had left the scene. Police were able to locate a 2002 Ford sedan a short time later and determined it was the vehicle involved in the accident. Further investigation by officers found that vehicles driver a Miroslaw Jastrzebski, age 62 of Riverhead NY was operating in an intoxicated condition. He was arrested at the scene and then transported to police headquarters for processing. Mr. Jastrzebski was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Misdemeanor) and Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Property Damage (Violation). He was held overnight for morning arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court. No injuries were reported in the accident. For further information, contact Lt.
