Terms of Use

The terms you accept by using Registry Recognizer, and the limits of what its pages represent.

What these pages are

Registry Recognizer publishes reporting and republishes government records — booking, charging, court, wanted and registry material — from the sources each page cites. Records are reproduced as the source supplied them and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong at the source. Always confirm against the responsible agency or court before relying on anything here.

Not a finding of guilt

An arrest, booking, charge or accusation is not a conviction. Everyone identified as arrested, booked, charged or accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. Cases are frequently dismissed, reduced, sealed or expunged after the record we received was published.

Permitted use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency and its pages are not consumer reports. Do not use them to decide anyone's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use this site to harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk anyone, and do not scrape or bulk-copy it to build a competing database.

Corrections and removals

If a page about you is wrong or out of date, the Corrections process is the route to fix it, and we want the later outcome. That process — not a legal threat — is the fastest way to a change.

Content and ownership

Government records are public material. Original reporting, page design, and compiled indexes are the property of Berserkr LLC. Quote and link freely with attribution; wholesale republication is not permitted.

No warranty

This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Registry Recognizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any page, and is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on it.

Privacy

How reader data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
